“Dreams Take Flight” – Celebrating 150 Years of Canadian Aviation at our school, we launched a special Airplane Club to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Canadian Aviation! Students explored the science of flight and the history of Canadian aviation while designing and decorating over 20 unique paper airplane models. Our video features our very own young Einstein, teaching classmates how to make paper airplanes in front of an airplane diagram. Together, we learned, laughed, and celebrated the spirit of innovation that has lifted Canada’s skies for generations. At the end of our celebration, all students launched their airplanes toward the Canadian flag – a powerful symbol of dreams taking flight. We’re proud of our creativity and teamwork, and we really hope this project helps us win a field trip to the Royal Aviation Museum – where our dreams of flight can reach even higher!” – Sergii Obraztsov, Grade 4 teacher
