On December 9, we attended Stargaze, the annual fundraising gala for the Black Aviation Professionals Network. We were happy that 2023 Scholarship recipient Joelle Weir, studying at Sheridan College, was able to join us for the event. Our CEO Jeremy Diamond was honoured to speak about Allan Bundy and present a copy of Pathway to the Stars to Tonya Yearwood, BAPN CEO.
We were happy to celebrate another of our 2023 scholarship recipients, Ethan McCalla studying at University of Waterloo, who received both the Community Impact Award and Inspire Higher Award from BAPM. He unfortunately couldn’t be there that evening due to his exams. Congratulations to all the organizers for another amazing event celebrating Black excellence in aviation and aerospace.
