Develop innovative ways to engage youth, including Cadets, students and young professionals and encourage them to learn about and stay connected with the RCAF.

Work closely with communities across Canada to create legacy projects that celebrate the local contributions of the RCAF.
Heritage
Work with aviation museums to help support the acquisition, restoration, and maintenance of historic artifacts, including aircraft and other related elements.
